Celebrating three years of luxurious hospitality with a series of unmissable culinary affairs 

The Langham, Jakarta is delighted to commemorate its three-year journey of unparalleled sophistication and timeless elegance. As a premier dining destination in the city,  the Hotel will host its inaugural Culinary Month from 5 to 27 September, 2024. Guests are invited to  partake in exclusive events and extraordinary dining experiences, celebrating exceptional culinary talent,  featuring appearances by renowned chefs in exciting collaborations. 

Introducing Baccarat Dining Room 

The Culinary Month will be launched with the unveiling of the Baccarat Dining Room, presented in  exclusive partnership with Elite Grahacipta, an authorised dealer of Baccarat crystals in Indonesia. Located  on the fifth floor of the hotel, this exclusive venue offers a sparkling dining experience, reflecting the  opulence and sophistication that both brands are renowned for. This event, marking the Langham  Jakarta's third anniversary alongside Baccarat's 260th anniversary, will take place from 6 to 7 September,  showcasing a legacy of exquisite craftsmanship and luxury. 

The Baccarat Dining Room will be adorned with stunning Baccarat crystal elements, creating the perfect  setting for special occasions, celebrations and exclusive corporate events. Guests can savour a 5-course  lunch from IDR 1,988,000++ per person, or a 6-course dinner from IDR 2,188,000++ per person including beverage pairing.  

A Celebration of Culinary Excellence 

Following the opening, the Langham Culinary Month will present a series of special menus and chef  collaborations at the hotel’s award-winning restaurants and bars. From 12 to 13 September, Chef Maurizio  Bombini from Mauri Restaurant in Bali will join forces with Executive Chinese Chef Sam to create a  specially curated set menu at T’ang Court. This highly anticipated collaboration will merge Cantonese and  Italian cuisines, offering guests a unique culinary experience for lunch and dinner. The set menu is priced  from IDR 1,888,000++ per person.

Home to the finest global Japanese cuisine in the Jakarta, Morimoto by acclaimed Iron Chef Masaharu  Morimoto will host an exclusive 8-Hands Dinner featuring the Hotel’s Executive Chef Egidio, Chef Chong  Kooi Sam of T’ang Court, Chef Asep of Morimoto, and French Pastry Chef Norbert on 20 September 2024.  This rare gastronomic event will present a 7-course Omakase dinner that highlights authentic and diverse  flavours of Japanese gastronomy, complemented by premium Sake pairings. Priced at IDR 1,788,000++  per person, with an additional IDR 688,000++ for beverages, this unique collaboration promises an  unforgettable culinary experience. 

Meanwhile, Tom’s by Michelin-starred Chef Tom Aikens will offer a series of Anniversary Brunch and  Dinner buffets featuring some of the restaurant’s most iconic dishes inspired by British cuisine through  the ages. On 21 September, guests can enjoy a sophisticated dinner buffet accompanied by live jazz band,  priced at IDR 788,000++ per person. The celebration continue with a delightful Sunday Brunch on 22  September, available for IDR 688,000++ per person. 

To culminate the anniversary celebrations, ALICE, will feature an exclusive dining experience with  Michelin-starred Chef and restauranteur, Jérôme Quilbeuf from Tokyo. Guests can savour Chef Quilbeuf’s  signature French creations, including Smoked Bonito, Chicken Cannelloni, Wagyu Beef Sumibiyaki, and  Valrhona Chocolate Terrine. This exquisite experience is available as a 4-course lunch for IDR 988,000++  per person and a 6-course dinner for IDR 1,288,000++ per person.
