Aryaduta Hotels proudly announces the launch of Innovation Week, a dynamic series of events simultaneously held across all Aryaduta hotel properties. The opening event will be held in a hybrid online format on February 19, 2023, followed by a week filled with educational seminars, engaging workshops, and skill-based competitions, culminating on February 23, 2023.
Innovation Week aims to bring together students from leading universities in the respective hotel regions, providing opportunities for students to interact with industry professionals and showcase their skills in competitions covering various departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B Product, F&B Service, and Marketing and Communications (reel-making competition).
"Innovation Week is a special opportunity for students to gain new insights, showcase their skills, and connect with industry leaders. Through this event, we hope that Aryaduta can offer more than just job opportunities but also build sustainable relationships and contribute to the growth and development of these young talents," said Rinno Widjaja, Group Director of Human Resources at Aryaduta Hotels.
Not only competitions, but this year's Innovation Week is also filled with various hybrid activities taking place simultaneously, such as Live Cooking with Sisca Soewitomo on February 21 and Live Cooking with Chef Vindex Tangker on February 23, 2024.
