Glosis have been carry on their position as a reputable steakhouse in their forty years of giving us a consistent quality on every dish they offered. This year, Glosis Resto have just moved out to a new house, located at the Bengawan area; providing a more spacious area for us to enjoy, whether to have a good talk with friends and family or to “work from cafe” comfortably. Their choice of furniture and fine interior design created a warm and cozy ambiance. Freely pick a seat anywhere you want, say indoor or outdoor, and you will get the same contentment.
We try Tuna Crispy Pizza and Ahi Tuna Salad to fulfill our curiosity for the reason that it looks authentic and promising, turns out the taste is as unique as its appearance; giving us a whole new experience on how to enjoy tuna.
As was anticipated, Hanger Steak became the main character of the show. A tender cutlet and their special sauce suit each other perfectly, leaving us hooked on.
Satisfied with those flavorful meals, we decided to have something fresh and it goes to Yuzu Blitz and Bob Marley. Fruits in the form of a drink are undoubtedly refreshing! It’s amazing how strawberry, orange, mango, and melon can complement one another so well in Bob Marley.
Our experience in Glosis' new house was a ravishing ride. It fulfills our crave for the nostalgic taste of steak with a modern approach–worth every penny. Glosis Resto have successfully continued being relevant to this day; a perfect choice for those looking for a comfortable place and delicious meals all at once.
