We had the opportunity to dine at The Restaurant, and as we entered the premises, we were welcomed by friendly staff and amazed by the wide range of dishes they have to offer. From the moment we walked in, our eyes were captivated by the Pasta and Pizza station, which provided various kinds of pasta. We even had the chance to request our own pasta preferences, along with various toppings.
As we explored further, we had the opportunity to taste the chef's signature menu items, such as the appetizing Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Rolls, which were truly delicious, with immaculate cream cheese inside the rolled salmon. The Homemade Focaccia with Caramelized Onion was also a must-try, with its crunchy texture on the outside and soft inside, accompanied by a fragrant and yeasty flavor. Another thing that caught our attention was the Carving and Grill Stations, where they offered Italian-style barbecued dishes. We tried the skewers filled with tender beef and peppers, and the flavors were quite strong and captivating.
We completed our dining experience with a delectable selection of desserts, as Taste of Italy offers an array of fascinating Italian desserts, such as Tiramisu, and of course, Nona Nelly’s Espresso Panna Cotta, which is Chef Francesco's signature dish based on his grandmother's recipe. The dessert and pastry station is truly mouthwatering, and you will truly experience the authentic taste of Tiramisu and Panna Cotta here. As Chef Francesco says, "You need to eat excellent food to understand what excellent food is."
