The traditional snacks and bites provided bring a delicious glimpse into the rich and diverse Indonesian culinary heritage. Among the delicacies presented were Tahu Susu; a remarkably soft tofu with a crispy exterior, which is a must-try! and Ketan Bakar; a grilled sticky rice served with a special spicy peanut sauce that tantalized the taste buds with its unique and delectable flavors, especially when enjoyed while still warm. Not to be missed were the Pisang Bakar; a grilled banana, the flavorful Lumpia, and the Kerupuk Banjur; tapioca crackers served with a broth consisting of Oncom, a traditional Indonesian ingredient
