More than 50 of her creations were showcased that captivated the guests, as their enthralling contrast of blank spaces and vivid colors offered a deep dive into the subconscious mind. Initially guided by her mentor Didit Slenthem – grandson of the late Mr. Affandi, Indonesia’s grand maestro of expressionist painting, Sastia’s creative process is deeply intertwined with meditation and live painting sessions, using various tools, including her own body, to bring her visions to life in a ceremonial dance of colors and forms.

In her exhibition ‘Beyond Duality,’ Sastia boldly challenged the traditional boundaries of art. With vibrant hues and expressive brushstrokes, she created a visual symphony that resonated with the interconnectedness of human experience.
