Each participating hotel conducted courtesy visits with key accounts to express appreciation and evaluate opportunities for future cooperation.

The initiative also fostered collaboration across participating properties, allowing teams to exchange market insights, strengthen competitive readiness, and gather business intelligence to refine strategies for 2026.
Supporting Local Creativity and Inclusion
In line with Marriott International’s commitment to community empowerment, this year’s mission integrated a CSR initiative by featuring special tumblers adorned with artwork created by Nazario “Dena” Prianggara Kurniawan, a talented young artist living with autism and brain injury. The initiative celebrates creative inclusion, supporting young artists to grow with dignity, purpose, and pride.
Part of a Strategic Growth Roadmap
As a key activation within IBC ROI’s 2025 commercial strategy, the Jakarta Sales Mission aims to deepen relationships with top-producing partners while identifying upcoming MICE and corporate business opportunities.
“The Sales Mission in Jakarta is a strong demonstration of how collaboration across Marriott International properties can drive real business results. By meeting customers face-to-face, we reinforce relationships, understand shifting needs, and open opportunities that will lead to stronger market performance in 2026,” said Emi Rusmiati, General Manager of Four Points by Sheraton Bandung and Champion of Market Driven Initiative for ROI.
She added:
“We are also proud of the CSR aspect integrated into this initiative. Supporting talented young artists like Dena is a reminder that our business success must always be balanced with social impact, inclusivity, and community empowerment.”
Strengthening Business for 2026
Throughout the mission, representatives engaged major Jakarta-based corporate accounts and business partners, showcasing each hotel’s facilities, event capabilities, and customized business solutions. The findings and insights gathered will be consolidated and shared exclusively with participating hotels to support data-driven sales planning and maximize conversion opportunities heading into Q1 2026.
