"Grill & Chill: The Flavors of Indonesia will invite a Celebrity Chef which is Chef Ragil Wibowo and professional guest chef which is Chef Made Yaskan from InterContinental Bali, collaborating with our talented Executive Chef, Chef Mahesa Iman Nugraha, and also our award-winning bartender, Widianto Romansyah," said Dina Novia - Asst. Chef Ragil Wibowo, a celebrity chef who has been awarded three different awards and one of them is Asian Cuisine Chef of The Year by the 2018 World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence, will pamper the guests' taste buds with Indonesian specialties such as ilabulo udang, daging tinoransak, bebek rica-rica, dan many more. For those of you who want to taste Balinese specialties, Chef Made Yaskan, Sous Chef at the InterContinental Bali Resort who has 28 years of experience in the culinary world, will serve a variety of authentic Balinese specialties such as Balinese roast duck, Minced fish Satay, Tuna with Raw Sambal, Balinese Chicken Soup with young papaya, and many more. Guests can also eat a variety of Indonesian dishes, such as Nasi Kapao complete with randang lamak, gulai tunjang, grilled chicken, and more, and also nasi gudek, sate station, nasi bakar station, and others. Desserts such as durian pancakes, bika ambon, malang apple pie, kopyor panacotta, and other dessert variants are also available to complete the guests' dinner.

Also do not missed the cocktail inspired by jamu as traditional drink origin from Mataram Kingdom, with subtle Indonesian flavours of kunyit asam and beras kencur, the cocktail is a mix of fresh herbs and gentle spices.  The H Gin matches perfectly with an array of distinctive local spices, mint, and Ammareto’s sweet. Taste the mocktail called ‘The 1945’ which was the year of the proclamation of Indonesian and the year when the red and white flag was first hoisted in Indonesia. Inspired by this history, this 'The 1945' mocktail is combining the red and white color that is similar to Indonesia's flag. Where the red color is made from tea, and the white color is made from fresh milk, ginger cream, and sugar.
