Through this collaboration, Holiday Inn Bandung Pasteur continues to demonstrate its dedication to the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), which are core programs of InterContinental Hotels & Resorts (IHG).
The event, held on December 18, 2024, featured a key activity: sign language training conducted by the team from IBU Foundation. This training was attended by Holiday Inn Bandung Pasteur employees as part of their readiness to implement the DEI program comprehensively. Through this DEI initiative, Holiday Inn Bandung Pasteur aims to create a supportive, inspiring, and inclusive work environment that values every individual.
