Last weekend, we treated ourselves to “Meat Italy”, the restaurant’s all-you-can-eat barbecue dinner. The name alone had us curious, and the experience more than lived up to expectations.
For many people, Italian cuisine often means pizza or pasta. While that’s not wrong, for us, it’s about the bold yet simple flavors that feel both comforting and refined.
That evening, the buffet spread was incredibly tempting. We began with one of our favorite starters: Beef Carpaccio—fresh, delicate, and full of flavor. But we couldn’t resist heading straight to the Braised Beef Brisket station. Watching the chef carve each slice with care, we knew we were in for a treat. And we were right—the brisket was tender, juicy, and packed with authentic Italian flavors.
Right beside it, we found a pizza corner serving two classic variants: Margherita and Pepperoni. Of course, we tried both, and the taste was everything you'd expect from great Italian pizza—crispy crust, rich tomato sauce, and perfectly balanced toppings.
Next, we indulged in the Roasted Beef Panini Sandwich. The crusty bread was crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, filled with thinly sliced roasted beef that delivered a deep, meaty umami punch.
After our Italian feast, we couldn’t help but explore the dim sum and sushi corners. This international variety added a fun twist to the night, making the dinner even more memorable.
And of course, no buffet is complete without dessert. We were delighted to find a flowing chocolate fountain surrounded by a selection of fresh fruits—perfect for a fun and indulgent treat. The cake corner was equally tempting, but it was the classic Tiramisu that truly stole our hearts. Creamy, balanced, and not overly sweet, it was easily our favorite of the night. For something cool and refreshing, the ice cream corner offered a variety of flavors to end the meal on a sweet note.
