Samsara Ubud, a renowned boutique luxury villa in Bali, hosted a captivating musical event titled “Uniting The World With Love” on June 21, 2024, at the Galery Samsara Ubud. The event featured a mesmerizing performance by renowned cellist Asep Hidayat and his talented daughter, Neam Hidayat.

The evening commenced with an introduction speech by Samsara Ubud owner, Mr. Bayu Sarwono. He highlighted the event as the first of its kind for Samsara Ubud, aimed at appreciating and preserving Indonesian artists and their diverse talents.

The musical showcase spanned two hours, divided into two distinct sessions of 45 minutes and 35 minutes each. The first session opened with a captivating performance by Neam Hidayat, enchanting the audience with her rendition of J.S. Bach’s Cello Suite No.1 in G Major. She was then joined by his father, Asep Hidayat, for a captivating duet that continued into the second session.

The evening concluded with an intimate dinner at The Kelusa Restaurant, featuring three exquisite culinary creations. The event ended on a high note, leaving a lasting impression on the attendees and solidifying Samsara Ubud's commitment to fostering the arts and showcasing Indonesia's rich cultural heritage.

With the resounding success of this inaugural event, Samsara Ubud envisions the Samsara Arts Series becoming an annual tradition, bringing together a diverse range of Indonesian artistic talents, from musicians and painters to dancers and storytellers. A portion of the proceeds from the event will be donated to Bali Care For Cancer Kids Foundation, a foundation dedicated to supporting children with cancer.
