The Sakana Chirasi Don is the dish to try first, bringing together salmon, otoro, hamachi, red snapper, grouper, and toro over sushi rice with tamago, ikura, and furikake. From there, the menu opens up with the Hamachi Carpaccio, the Toro Foiegrass Sashimi, and rolls like the Otoro Truffle Roll and Fuji no Hana, each one showing the same care in a different form.

Drinks & Beverages
The cocktail menu draws on Japanese ingredients, with drinks like the Wasa, Ba,e and the Yuzu Meet Shiso built around sake, shochu, yuzu, and shiso. Japanese sake, wine, and a set of classic cocktails are also on hand for guests who prefer something familiar.
