Roosterfish Beach Club is thrilled to announce the resounding success of our World Ocean Day Celebration, held on June 9th, 2024. The event, inspired by the global recognition of World Ocean Day on June 8th, brought together guests for a day filled with education, entertainment, environmental action, and ocean-inspired brunch.
In a meaningful collaboration with PT. Agung Aquatic Marine, the celebration featured a comprehensive coral information sharing session and hands-on coral planting activities. Led by a coral conservation expert, guests gained invaluable insights into coral preservation and actively contributed to the conservation efforts at Roosterfish Beach Club. This initiative highlighted the critical role our oceans play in everyday life and underscored our commitment to preserving marine ecosystems.
The event included a variety of engaging activities designed for all ages. Children delighted in marine life-themed face painting and recycled toy-making, fostering creativity and environmental awareness. The event also showcased a special performance by the Aquatic Dancers, a lively foam party, and live music from the DJ and saxophonist, creating a vibrant and lively atmosphere.
Our menu at Roosterfish Beach Club is 80% seafood sourced from local fishermen at Jimbaran and Pandawa beaches. It was a testament to our dedication to sustainable practices and support for local communities. Guests enjoyed an array of delicious seafood dishes, celebrating the bounty of our oceans while acknowledging the importance of responsible sourcing.
Roosterfish Beach Club’s commitment to ocean conservation extends beyond this event. Every Sunday, our Family Seaside Brunch includes coral planting activities, allowing guests to continuously participate in and support our conservation efforts. This ongoing initiative ensures that our dedication to giving back to the ocean remains a core aspect of our identity.
“We extend our gratitude to all who attended and contributed to making this World Ocean Day Celebration a memorable and impactful event”, said Pandu Wardana, Director of Operation Roosterfish Beach Club. “Together, we have promoted marine conservation and raising awareness about the significance of our oceans”.
