The exclusive event brought together the perfect harmony of flavours and tradition, offering guests an unforgettable dining experience.
The thoughtfully curated menu showcased a seamless blend of gourmet dishes paired with premium TWG teas. The evening began with a tantalising amuse-bouche of Sichuan eggplant, complemented by the refreshing Moroccan Mint Tea. Guests were then treated to a first course of steamed fish in olive and black bean sauce, perfectly balanced with the delicate floral notes of Grand Jasmine Tea.
For the second course, the vibrant flavours of avocado prawn tartare, Asian herbs, tuna sashimi, and salmon roe were elevated by the richness of Oolong Prestige Tea. The main course featured savoury fried rice noodles with sliced beef in soy sauce, paired beautifully with the bold and refined Royal Darjeeling Tea. To conclude the evening on a sweet note, guests enjoyed a traditional mooncake with strawberry and coconut sauce, accompanied by the calming Chamomile Tea.
