Four Points by Sheraton Bali Ungasan Appoints Mrs. Lily Wijaya as New General Manager

Four Points by Sheraton Bali Ungasan is delighted to announce Mrs. Lily Wijaya as the hotel's new General Manager. With extensive experience in Sales and Operations leadership, Lily brings valuable expertise to her role.

Lily began her career in 1994 at the pre-opening Shangri-La Hotel Surabaya and joined Marriott International in 1999 at Sheraton Surabaya Hotel & Towers. Over 20 years, she held various positions, including Director of Catering & Convention Services, Director of Sales & Marketing, and her outstanding achievements made her the first woman to hold the position of General Manager at Marriott in Indonesia, General Manager of Fairfield by Marriott Bali, Legian in 2016.

Most recently, Lily served as General Manager of Aloft South Jakarta, where she excelled in driving the hotel's success. Beyond her duties, Lily is a passionate advocate for developing women leaders and actively participates in the Indonesia Business Council.
