Merusaka Nusa Dua once again marked a significant national achievement by receiving three prestigious accolades at the Indonesia Travel & Tourism Awards (ITTA) 2025, held on 16 December 2025 in Jakarta. The awards received include:

-Indonesia Top Hospitality Leader
At the Indonesia Travel & Tourism Awards 2025, Merusaka Nusa Dua was honored across three distinct categories, reaffirming its position as one of Indonesia’s premier resort destinations. This recognition underscores the resort’s unwavering commitment to excellence in service, continuous innovation, and consistent quality standards within the dynamic tourism industry.
The Indonesia Travel & Tourism Awards is an annual event that recognizes outstanding achievements and contributions within Indonesia’s tourism sector, encompassing hotels, resorts, tourist destinations, and industry leaders who have demonstrated a significant impact on the advancement of national tourism. The assessment process is conducted independently, taking into consideration service quality, brand reputation, innovation, and overall guest satisfaction.
Merusaka Nusa Dua also received commendation through an interview session with Alistair Spiers, Founder of MVB Sustainability Consultants, which highlighted the resort’s strong commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainable practices.
