For meat lovers, the highlight of the menu is the Tokusen Wagyu Beef selection — available in tenderloin, ribeye, and tomahawk cuts — served with truffle mashed potato, green beans, and crispy onion rings. The Lobster Thermidor also stands out as a signature dish, featuring bamboo lobster filled with a creamy cheese sauce, mushrooms, and lobster meat, elegantly paired with a baby romaine lettuce salad.
