The launch introduces Jumeirah Bali’s monthly Curated Wellness Programme, guiding guests towards balance, renewal, and inner freedom. Jumeirah Bali officially launched its monthly Curated Wellness Series, Amukti Jiwa, welcoming wellness enthusiasts alongside in-house guests to experience the first edition at the resort’s Trowulan venue. Derived from Old Javanese, Amukti Jiwa signifies the liberation of the soul, a state of harmony, balance, and renewal.
Conceived as an evolving series, Amukti Jiwa brings together ancient practices and contemporary wellness in the tranquil surroundings of Jumeirah Bali. Each edition will introduce a different path to harmony, led by selected practitioners and curated to align body, mind, and spirit.
The first edition unfolded at Trowulan with a guided Hatha Yoga session by in-house yoga guru, designed to ground and align the body through breath and posture. Guests were then invited to experience personal Chakra Readings with wellness practitioners, offering insight into energy flow and balance. As part of the session, each guest received a clay tridatu infused with aromatherapy tailored their Chakra, creating a symbolic and sensory reminder of their journey. While waiting for their readings, participants enjoyed wholesome refreshments crafted from seasonal ingredients, a mindful pause that nourished the body as well as the spirit.
Reflecting the philosophy of Talise Spa, Amukti Jiwa blends self-discovery, mindfulness, and renewal. The series will continue as a regular part of Jumeirah Bali’s wellness calendar, with each edition welcoming practitioners who bring diverse expertise, from movement and meditation to energy work and holistic therapies. Together, these experiences offer meaningful encounters that connect guests and the wider community to a deeper sense of well-being.
