Viceroy Bali is pleased to announce the appointment of Patrick Farrell as General Manager and Candra Novita as the new Director of Sales & Marketing, marking an exciting new chapter for the resort. Commenting on the appointments, the owning Syrowatka family said they “are dedicated to sustaining the boutique luxury feel that Viceroy Bali is famous for, and believe these additions to the already long-standing management team will integrate seamlessly”.
Patrick returns to Viceroy Bali, where he previously served as Director of Sales & Marketing. He brings extensive experience, having most recently held the role of Director of Sales & Marketing at Six Senses Ninh an Bay in Vietnam. Having graduated from the esteemed Shannon College of Hotel Management in Ireland, his seasoned career to date includes roles at The Lanesborough, an Oetker Collection Hotel in London, Burj Al Arab Jumeirah in Dubai and various global brands in destinations such as the Seychelles with Four Seasons Hotels, Brussels and the Maldives. Patrick has a strong connection with the owner and family of Viceroy Bali, which played a key role in his decision to return. “I am thrilled to rejoin the Viceroy Bali family, a place that truly reflects luxury, excellence in service, cultural immersion and independence,” he said. “I look forward to working with our talented team, many of whom I have know for years, to create unforgettable experiences for our guests and maintain the energy the resort has built since opening in 2005."
Candra Novita joins Patrick from Banyan Tree Resort Bintan, following a successful four-year tenure at Hilton Bali Resort. With a solid background in sales and marketing and valuable pre-opening experience in luxury brands, Candra is ready to enhance Viceroy Bali’s market presence. “I am excited to be part of Viceroy Bali. The focus on personalized service and unique guest experiences is what sets us apart. I am eager to collaborate with Patrick and the team to enhance and enrich our offerings.” Candra stated.
