The vibrant streets of Seminyak came alive as hundreds of enthusiastic runners gathered for The Trans Beachathon 2024, celebrating a decade of excellence by The Trans Resort Bali. The 5K Fun Run and Walk, held in honor of the resort's 10th anniversary, brought together locals and running enthusiasts for a morning filled with energy and scenic beauty.
The event started at 6 AM, with runners starting and finishing at The Trans Resort Bali. The carefully curated route took participants through the bustling Seminyak Road onto Petitenget Beach, offering Bali's iconic coastline before leading them back to the resort's finish line.
The atmosphere was electric as participants of all ages and fitness levels came together to celebrate health, wellness, and community spirit. At the finish line, participants were treated to refreshments and live entertainment. "This event isn't just about running—it's about celebrating a decade of creating meaningful connections and memorable experiences," said Alexander Jovanovic, General Manager of The Trans Resort Bali.
"The Trans Beachathon 2024 offers a running experience unlike any other, inviting runners from various communities to participate. With a 5K distance accessible to beginners and seasoned runners, The Trans Beachathon 2024 is the perfect way to spend your holiday engaging in a healthy and enjoyable activity." He added, "We are proud to host this event in partnership with the CT ARSA Foundation. Founded by Mr. Chairul Tanjung and Mrs. Anita Ratnasari Tanjung, the CT ARSA Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty through quality education, healthcare services, disaster relief, and social programs. The foundation also supports the blind and operates Arsa Boutique, which preserves Indonesian craftsmanship while elevating artisans' livelihoods."
The festivities didn't stop at the finish line. The much-anticipated door prize announcements added excitement, with participants winning luxury stays, healthy products, and exclusive dining experiences at The Trans Resort Bali's restaurant partners.
