TADD’S - Back with a Splash!
All day dining at TADD’s gets livelier with both indoor and alfresco areas refreshed and refurbished. Counter-seats set against the side of the pool allow diners to easily chat and interact with friends taking a swim while comfortable deck chairs are available for languid lounging under the cool shade of sun-brellas. The menu now includes hand-stretched, wood-fired pizzas in addition to the perennial favourite Western and Balinese dishes. On the roster are special weekends with curated entertainment, live music and barbecue dinners.
HINOTORI - Contemporary Japanese Izakaya
Montigo Resorts, Seminyak expands its culinary offerings with a new contemporary Japanese restaurant, HINOTORI. Culinary enthusiasts can look forward to a journey across the rich tapestry of flavors of the land of the rising sun. Ingredients for both their innovative cocktails and dishes are locally-sourced and consciously selected - for example, the kitchen uses only Balinese Kusamba salt, which is high in antioxidants and is believed to produce anti-cancer agents.
Menu highlights include the avocado, chicken and wakame Hinotori Roll and sizzling Indonesian Lava Stone from Yogjakarta upon which, a choice of protein is cooked tableside. Situated by the poolside, adjacent to TADD’s, Air-conditioned HINOTORI offers both counter and well-spaced table seating, suitable for important meetings and private dining set-ups.
