Graduated from Secondary School of Education Diploma in Hotel and Catering Management specialized in Indian cooking, he artfully crafts dishes that celebrate the vibrant flavours and techniques of India to meet the highest standards of excellence.

With a distinguished career, that includes key roles at Sheraton Hotel Bangalore, Courtyard Mariott, Kochi Airport, Grand Sheraton Hotel, Bangalore, JEN Singapore Tanglin by Shangri-La, and the latest role at Ayana Resort Bali, his presence promises to enrich our resort’s culinary scene for a remarkable dining experience.
