Bringing Together Renowned Marriott Internatinal Chefs From Different Culinary Background

Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Kuta Hosts a Memorable 6-Course Set Menu Event name Mebat, Balinese language, meaning a chopping, cutting, mixing, and cooking session in the amount of six dishes. Guests were indulged in 6 courses set menu paired with Canard Craft Beer made by 4 Marriott International Chefs from different culinary background. Chef Donald Hutahuruk from Courtyard Seminyak, Chef Wisnu  Adiyatma from Reinassance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa, Chef Arya from Sthala Ubud and Chef Bagus Oka from Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Kuta.

Collaborating with Canard, a local crafted brewery based in Bali, comes with six varieties of beers. Each taste suits to the palate of every dishes perfectly. 

The event, which took place on the front yard, the Best Brew on Friday, 30th June 2023. Started at 6PM onward, showcased an extraordinary dining experience that left guests enchanted and savoring every moment. Throughout the evening, the event was decorated with an atmosphere of joy and entertained by live music, Salsa and Tango dance. The culinary journey began with Amuse Bouche, then continue to the six course set menu.
