Bali’s Latest Entertainment Venue, The Kabana Jungle Pool Club Opens In Ubud

The recently opened luxury integrated K-Club resort in Tegallalang, Ubud, opened its Kabana jungle pool club on Friday August 19 providing visitors with a two days festival of music, dance and entertainment. Set amidst pristine jungle and rice fields, just 10 minutes north of Ubud, the Kabana jungle pool club features seven pools, multiple bars and music stages as it sprawls ‘downwards’ over four levels along the edge of a ravine.

Unlike the increasing numbers of crowded beach clubs running around the southern coast of Bali, K-Club’s Kabana jungle pool club has been designed with the environment in mind, to blend in with its natural lush tropical surroundings, hidden from view to maintain aesthetics of the local environment, and with every modern amenity.

The welcoming deck features many sunbeds in an open-space around the main bar set against the tropical forest, intermingled with bamboo Cocoons each featuring lounges and sofas – enabling full advantage to be taken of the panoramic jungle view.

Guests will experience world class DJ’s and other music styles while lazing their day away with every amenity within walking distance – Mekar, a unique spa complex; world class gourmet casual food outlets or Akar, K-Club’s fine dining restaurant; and for those wishing to stay, guests will have accommodation options of Kanva luxury glamping tents or the choice of 30 stylishly villas.

During the year, innovative entertainment themes and events will be planned to ensure all genres of music will be presented, along with Indonesia’s biggest laser show, projected across the ravine onto the jungle foliage.

Built over one-hectare, the Kabana jungle pool club, within the three-hectare K-Club Resort, has been launched to provide tourists and locals alike with a more relaxed, intimate and environmentally friendly option to the many beach clubs that are scattered along Bali’s coast.

Designed by the renown French agency LEON, the Kabana jungle pool club will feature beautiful bamboo shaded covered areas, seating for eating and lazing designed from local materials and all amenities for day visitors, including an easily accessible secure parking area.

According to Alban Kibarer, CEO of the K-Club, guests coming to the Kabana jungle pool club will experience the beauty of Ubud’s countryside, quiet roads and have access to parking which we hope will put our guests in a more relaxed frame of mind as the enter our sublimely relaxed venue.

“We believe by catering to a smaller more discerning crowd will make the experience so much more enjoyable for our guests and because there are four distinct levels each with discrete amenities, we are hoping guests will think they are at a small intimate gathering with their own personal international DJ”, Alban said.
