In celebration of Wellness Month, Wyndham Dreamland Resort Bali hosted a dedicated Wellness Day on Tuesday, 29 September 2026, bringing together mindful movement, creative self-care, and cultural appreciation under the theme “Move, Create, Connect”. The initiative also reflected Wyndham’s commitment to its Empower and Embrace Women programme, creating a meaningful space to support women’s well-being, confidence, connection, and personal growth through thoughtfully curated wellness experiences across the resort.

The day began with an invigorating Mat Pilates session, bringing together female staff members and in-house guests for an opportunity to move with intention while focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness. Set against the resort’s lush surroundings, the outdoor session provided a refreshing start to the Wellness Day while bringing the “Move” element of the theme to life.

The wellness journey continued at the Yoga Deck of Tirta SPA, the resort’s dedicated SPA venue, where media partners and in-house guests took part in a hands-on scrub-making session. The activity encouraged them to explore the creative side of wellness by learning how to create their own body scrub in a relaxed and mindful setting. More than a self-care activity, the experience represented the “Create” element of the day — encouraging everyone to slow down, be present, and enjoy the process of creating something with their own hands.
The final activity brought in-house guests to the garden beside the resort lobby for a traditional Canang Making session. As one of Bali’s meaningful daily cultural practices, canang making offered a beautiful opportunity for in-house guests to connect with the island’s traditions while learning about the values of gratitude, balance, and harmony that are deeply rooted in Balinese culture.
Through these three experiences, the “Move, Create, Connect” theme came together naturally — bringing together the resort’s staff, media partners, and in-house guests to move their bodies, create with intention, and connect more meaningfully with themselves, others, and the culture surrounding them.
“Through this Wellness Day, we wanted to create an experience that goes beyond physical wellness. ‘Move, Create, Connect’ reflects our belief that wellbeing is about finding balance between caring for our bodies, nurturing creativity, and building meaningful connections. We are delighted to bring our colleagues and community together through experiences that celebrate both wellness and the unique culture of Bali” said Avinanditha, Rooms Division Manager of Wyndham Dreamland Resort Bali

The Wellness Day reflects Wyndham Dreamland Resort Bali’s commitment to creating meaningful guest and colleague experiences that promote holistic wellbeing while embracing the destination’s culture and sense of place. By combining physical movement, creative expression, and cultural engagement, the resort continues to explore inspiring ways to make wellness a natural and meaningful part of everyday life.
As part of Wellness Month, the initiative also reinforces the importance of taking time to pause, reconnect, and cultivate healthy habits — reminding participants that wellness can be experienced in many forms, from mindful movement and personal self-care to cultural appreciation and meaningful connection.
At Wyndham Dreamland Resort Bali, wellness is not simply a moment of relaxation, but an opportunity to move with intention, create with purpose, and connect with meaning.
