In celebration of World Wellness Weekend, The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud, Bali hosted a series of wellness-focused activities designed to encourage guests to pause, recharge, and reconnect with themselves. The program featured a Balinese Wellness Corner at Tabia Restaurant, Floating Sound Healing sessions, a Leather Journal Workshop in collaboration with JOSVLI, and a farm-inspired Harvest Basket experience, reflecting the resort's commitment to promoting holistic well-being.

Rooted in Westin's commitment to empowering guests to be at their best, the celebration featured a thoughtfully curated program that highlighted the importance of self-care and mindful living. Guests enjoyed a specially curated Balinese Wellness Corner at Tabia Restaurant, showcasing wholesome culinary offerings inspired by local wellness traditions, including steamed vegetables, Balinese porridge, detox jamu, healthy local snacks, and a live tipat-making experience.
A highlight of the celebration was the Floating Sound Healing session, which introduced guests to the resort's newest signature spa offering, Sound Healing. Designed to promote relaxation and well-being, the experience combined healing sound frequencies with the calming sensation of floating on water, creating a deeply immersive wellness journey inspired by Ubud's tranquil surroundings. Guests also explored creativity and mindfulness through a Leather Journal Workshop in collaboration with JOSVLI, complemented by a healthy coffee break that reflected Westin's wellness philosophy.

As a meaningful reminder of the connection between wellness and nature, participants received a Harvest Basket filled with freshly harvested vegetables from the resort's own farm. The initiative highlighted the property's commitment to sustainable practices while encouraging guests to embrace the benefits of mindful and healthy living.
