Our visit at AMICI began with Tea for Two, and honestly, afternoon tea has never felt this 'La Dolce Vita'. Created to be shared, the experience comes with five chef-crafted sweet delights paired with coffee or tea of choice, making it ideal for slow conversations and guilty pleasures. With the culinary direction of Enrico Bartolini, whose restaurants hold 14 Michelin stars, every bite feels thoughtfully composed yet comfortingly familiar. It is elegant without being stiff, indulgent without trying too hard.

As evening approached, we swapped teacups for shakers during Mixology Moments with Beverage Manager Dewa Buda Arsana. Held every Wednesday at 7 pm and limited to ten guests, the 70-minute cocktail class felt personal and playful. We began by crafting a classic Margarita step by step, from measuring to shaking. The best part followed when we designed our own drinks by choosing flavour profiles and ingredients like herbs, fruits, syrups, or juices. The team handled the precise measurements, and we simply mixed, shook, and tasted our surprisingly delicious creations. Mocktail options were available too, which was a nice touch.

We wrapped up the night smiling, holding two adorable take-home bottles inspired by limoncello in mango and passion fruit flavours. Between sweet treats, creative cocktails, and warm conversations, this was easily one of those Bali evenings that feels effortlessly special. Tea for Two and Mixology Moments at AMICI managed to be relaxed, interactive, and memorable all at once, and yes, it was absolutely an evening to remember.
