From the moment we arrived, Arunika Restaurant graciously welcomed us with its relaxed, breezy atmosphere. The open-air dining area offers a pristine tropical ambiance, perfectly situated next to the resort’s infinity pool with breathtaking views of the ocean and Sanur Beach. From 12 to 3 PM, we were treated to a thoughtfully curated feast that seamlessly blended Balinese, Mediterranean, and Italian flavors. The Balinese corner truly shone, featuring delicacies like grilled octopus, fish, kerang bakar, and satays—both pork and chicken—accompanied by a vibrant trio of sambals, including mbe and matah. Each bite was infused with rich, local spices and tradition, transforming familiar dishes into something truly exceptional.

From there, we explored the live grilled station and an impressive variety of dishes, including Indonesian-style siomay with bumbu kacang, comforting green pea soup, fresh salads, and handmade pasta. For dessert, the gelato bar, cakes, and pastries brought a sweet ending to an already indulgent afternoon. Whether you're looking for hearty fare or lighter, healthier options, the selections cater to every palate.

For dessert, we couldn’t resist the vibrant gelato bar, offering a refreshing selection of flavors that were perfect for the sunny afternoon. From creamy classics to tropical fruit sorbets, each scoop was a sweet, cooling treat. Alongside it, an enticing array of cakes, tarts, and delicate pastries added the perfect finish to our brunch feast! With its inviting atmosphere, generous spread, and warm hospitality, Arunika didn’t just serve us brunch—it gave us a moment to slow down, connect, and truly enjoy the best of what Sanur has to offer. It’s the kind of place we’ll be thinking about long after the last bite.
