Indulging in Tranquility: A Serene 3-Day Stay at The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud, Bali

Day 1: A Serene Welcome

Westin Ubud Lobby

Upon arrival, we were captivated by the meticulously designed lobby, blending wood, stone, and plants to create an eclectic ambiance. A refreshing welcome drink quenches our thirst as the attentive staff explains the facilities we were entitled to during our stay. Our room, boasting a King bed and a private balcony with a garden view, offered a spacious abode immersed in Ubud's verdant greenery.

The day commenced with a delightful dining experience at Tall Trees Restaurant, set beside a pool with an open-air atmosphere that perfectly mirrored the Ubud ambiance. Grilled Octopus and Seafood Veloute appetizers were a burst of flavors, paving the way for a sumptuous main course featuring Pan-Seared Mahi Mahi Fillet, Crispy Skin Salmon Fillet, and Creamy Truffle Mashed Potatoes. The dessert—Chocolate Molten Cake and Churros—left our taste buds delighted. To complement the meal, we savored a Balinese Soda 'Mint Cardamom.'

Day 2: Workshop and Exploration

Tabia Restaurant

The morning began with a satisfying breakfast buffet at Tabia restaurant—an indoor-and-outdoor dining venue offering a wide array of delightful choices, from homemade sausages and poached eggs to Indonesian specialties. It set the tone for an energizing day ahead.

We then had the opportunity to attend the ‘Crafting Your Brand in the Wellness Way’ workshop with internationally acclaimed chiropractor, Dr. Tyler Bigenho, in the resort's convenient Ballroom, which exuded sophistication and versatility.

In the evening, we make good use of the free time provided by exploring the rustic charm of Ubud's central area and immersing ourselves in the local culture and verdant beauty.

Day 3: A Farewell to Tranquility

Tabia Restaurant Outdoor

On our final day, we relished our last breakfast at Tabia, savoring the familiar flavors and indulging in a leisurely meal. After bidding adieu to the serenity of the Westin Ubud, we checked out, leaving with cherished memories of a wellness-focused stay.
