This new brunch creation, led by the restaurant’s young and talented Executive Chef Austin Milana, gives a fresh reason to gather, feast, and linger a little longer.

We walked into Lulu Bistrot to find sunlight streaming across rustic tables, with a hum of conversation and the comforting scent of butter in the air. The setting was effortlessly chic, like Paris had slipped away to Bali for a holiday. The menu arrived, and our attention went straight to the Chicken Liver Pâté, smooth and rich with a touch of port jelly. Then came the Oeuf Mayonnaise, soft-boiled eggs topped with Dijon and bottarga, a simple yet cheeky twist that had us smiling before the first bite.
Chef Austin knows how to play with flavor. The Calamars aux Merguez had a lively mix of tender local calamari and house-made spicy sausage, full of character and warmth. The Roasted Chicken quickly stole the spotlight, glazed with honey for a glossy finish and served with green peas and cured meat that tied everything together. And the Pommes Purée was pure comfort, whipped to buttery perfection that practically melted on the tongue.
The meal ended on a golden note with the Tarte aux Pommes, paired with brandy diplomat cream that tasted like a sweet sigh of satisfaction. Le Brunch at Lulu Bistrot celebrates everything delightful about slow Sundays — good food, great company, and the luxury of time well spent.
