Highlights include the Mediterranean Octopus, delicately sous-vide and flame-grilled with hummus and jalapeño salsa; Duck à l’Orange, smoked and paired with balsamic orange vinaigrette; and premium grilled selections like the Wagyu Sirloin, Australian Beef Tenderloin, Wood-Roasted Duck Breast, and Wagyu Rib Eye—all thoughtfully paired with house-made sauces and seasonal accompaniments.
