Sababay Winery, a pioneer in Indonesia's wine industry, recently took center stage at the Nusantara Food and Hotel Festival, bringing a refreshing twist to the event with their carefully curated wine and cheese pairing experience. Sababay’s participation not only underscored their commitment to quality but also their dedication to making wine appreciation accessible and enjoyable for a wider audience.

From the Sweet Bubbly white of Sababay Moscato de’Bali paired with Kahf Cheese; the sweet red Sababay Ludisia paired to Cantal Cheese, and Sababay vin the liqueur, Mistelle, matched with Saint Paulin cheese. The pairings were carefully selected to reflect a balance between Indonesian flavors and international standards, creating a uniquely Nusantara experience with a global appeal.
