Designed to elevate every dining moment, the new The Best from The Land & Sea concept pairs Roosterfish’s signature seafood platter with rich, tender cuts of dry-aged beef. These premium steaks undergo a meticulous dry-aging process that enhances the natural flavors and tenderness, creating an intensely rich and buttery taste profile that steak enthusiasts will savor. Each cut is hand-selected for quality, ensuring the finest textures and depth of flavor, elevating beachside dining to a new level of sophistication. The culinary vision for this concept comes from Executive Chef Wisnu Adiyatma, who has crafted a menu that showcases the best local ingredients in every dish, in collaboration with Chef Gunatika, our Head Chef at Roosterfish Beach Club, whose expertise brings the concept to life with a focus on culinary excellence.
Adding to the allure, Roosterfish introduces the Pandawa Five cocktail collection, inspired by the legendary virtues of the Pandawa Five brothers from the Mahabharata. This symphony of flavors embodies wisdom, strength, courage, loyalty, and harmony, bringing each character’s essence to life. Beyond the five cocktails, the menu also draws inspiration from three additional significant figures—Drupadi, Karna, and Krishna—who play vital roles in the epic tale. Head Mixologist Riki has expertly crafted each drink to reflect these characters’ contributions, ensuring a refreshing and meaningful experience with every sip.
