The Wonderspace proudly introduces Tsune, its newest gem located on the outskirts of Sanur. This exquisite Japanese restaurant brings a fresh perspective to Bali's culinary scene. Situated on Jl. Aruna, Sanur, and Tsune offer a dining experience with stunning sea views. Recently, Tsune hosted a media gathering to formally present the restaurant to the public.
This gathering marks a significant step in officially introducing Tsune to both the media and the broader community. Tsune promises an authentic and sophisticated Japanese dining experience, under the auspices of The Wonderspace collection of Ini Vie Hospitality. Particularly introduced Tsune as the only Japanese restaurant that offers a unique floating sushi boat in Bali.
We invited various media outlets focused on Bali's tourism sector. Guests were treated to a curated tasting menu session, where the Chef provided insights into his signature dishes and the inspirations behind them, to showcase our culinary creations with its core “bring a wonderful culinary experience to the table”.
Our luncheon began with the Spicy Beef Tartare with fried crispy kale, a bold and flavorful appetizer. For the main course, guests chose between the Seared Barramundi or Cod Fish, each prepared to deliver exceptional taste and texture. Alternatively, our Fish Grilled Set offered a choice between the Akauo Hiraki Set (red snapper fish) and Saba Shioyaki (mackerel fish), accompanied by steamed rice, miso Soup, kyabetsu Salad, tsukemono, and kobachi, providing a complete and harmonious dining experience. To finish, guests enjoyed the refreshing summer sake Jelly topped with cream caramel, offering a perfect conclusion to the meal.
The gathering also featured an interactive sushi-making demonstration by Tsune's head chef, adding an engaging and educational element to the experience.
