The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali invites guests to elevate their festive season with an evening of inspired mixology as Ikan Bar hosts an exclusive Bar Takeover by Cat Bite Club, one of Asia’s and the World’s 50 Best Bars, on 26 December 2025. This special collaboration enriches the resort’s Whimsical Harmony celebrations, offering a memorable post-Christmas highlight by the ocean.

Set along the soothing shores of the Indian Ocean, this one-night-only experience showcases inventive cocktails crafted by guest mixologist Jesse Jay, Co-Founder of Cat Bite Club, Singapore.

Meet the Mixologist

With over 15 years of global experience, Jesse Jay is one of the region’s most respected talents. Having honed his craft across San Francisco, New York, and Singapore, Jesse previously led the award-winning ATLAS bar—earning positions on The World’s 50 Best Bars list and distinctions such as World’s Best Cocktail Menu (Tales of the Cocktail).

In June 2023, Jesse co-founded Cat Bite Club in Singapore’s Duxton neighborhood. The bar quickly gained international recognition for its inventive exploration of agave spirits and Asian legacy liquors including soju and shochu.

Tequila, vermouth, citrus cordial, pineapple, prosecco, and grapefruit bitters.

Island Viper

Reposado tequila, Disaronno, cinnamon maple syrup, lemon, Worcestershire, and Peychaud’s bitters.

Whisky Ginger Ricky

Irish whisky, black stout, absinthe, honey syrup, ginger cordial, citrus, and Angostura bitters.

Santa’s Old Fashioned

Irish whisky, Disaronno, Campari, vermouth, cold brew, saline, and orange bitters.
