Hanami Yoru transcends a traditional dining experience, offering a journey through Japan’s refined flavors, artistry, and ambiance. Guests will indulge in a meticulously curated pairing menu crafted by the chefs of Miss Fish Bali and Alila Villas Uluwatu, blending seasonal ingredients, umami flavors, and premium seafood.
Guiding this extraordinary dining experience is Executive Chef Carlos Barvo of Miss Fish Bali, whose mastery of Japanese gastronomy brings a fresh and innovative approach to the evening’s menu. With a culinary philosophy rooted in tradition yet infused with the bold flavors of his Spanish-Colombian heritage, Chef Carlos will lead guests through an exquisite tasting journey that highlights the delicate balance of technique, flavor, and artistry.
Complementing the dining experience, Bar Manager Rahadhie Putra of Miss Fish Bali will take over the bar program for the evening, curating an exceptional selection of cocktails that seamlessly blend Japanese ingredients with inventive mixology. Sunset Cocktails at Sunset Cabana Bar (6–7 PM)
Guests will be welcomed with handcrafted Japanese-inspired cocktails and delicate canapés as they take in Uluwatu’s breathtaking sunset views from the iconic Sunset Cabana Bar, a unique setting suspended over the cliff’s edge with mesmerizing ocean vistas. Hanami Dinner at Cire (7–9 PM)
A collaborative tasting menu celebrating Japanese aesthetics and umami flavors will be served at CIRE, Alila Villas Uluwatu’s fine dining restaurant known for its Pan-Asian and Mediterranean cuisine crafted with locally sourced ingredients. The menu will feature seasonal delicacies and artful plating, thoughtfully paired with sake, wine, and handcrafted cocktails to elevate the experience.
After-Dinner Lounge at Batique (9 PM Onward)
The night continues at Batique with signature cocktails and a live DJ set, blending Japanese lo-fi beats and deep house, creating a relaxed yet stylish atmosphere for post-dinner socializing.
