Djie Seng is one of the legendary bread brands that has been selling its products door to door using onthel (vintage) bicycles and motorbikes since the 1950s. It is now rare to find these sellers, but buyers can still buy this bread at the shop directly which is open for 24 hours. The shop must provide fresh bread because it is in the same place as the production house. Established in 1936, Rasa Bakery & Cafe was originally named Hazes, an owner and food entrepreneur from Malang who sold candy. Then the shop changed its concept of selling bread and changed ownership and name to Rasa Bakery & Cafe in the 1960s. The atmosphere of this cafe, which still maintains its old interior, is famous for its delicious ice cream taste. This cafe's menu also varies from bread, and typical European snacks, to Indonesian cuisine.

Roti Gempol

Gempol bread is one of the bakeries that has managed to survive because of the consistency of the recipe passed down from generation to generation. The mother's recipe in 1958 from Salatiga was brought to Bandung by her daughter, Lydia Usman, in the 80s with the concept of a home bakery. Toko Kue Ny. Liem

Starting from a hobby of cooking, in 1966 Ny. Liem, the cake maestro, initially opened a cooking course for her friends. One of her students, Chendawati, married Ny. Liem's son and in 2000 became the successor to the course and Toko Kue Ny. Liem. Previously, Ny.
