September is a special month for cocktail lovers because of the Negroni Week celebration. It started in 2013 when Imbibe Magazine launched Negroni Week as a celebration of one of the world's greatest cocktails and also as an effort to raise funds for charitable causes around the world. Since then, Negroni Week has grown from approximately 120 participating venues to thousands of venues worldwide, and to date, the initiative has raised more than $4 million for charitable organizations.
Held at Damai Restaurant, guests can enjoy the special cocktail while looking at the stunning views of Bandung City. Served by Widianto Romansyah, our talented bartender who has won various awards such as 1st Winner Avenzel Mixology Competition 2022 and 1st Winner The H Day Mixology Competition 2023, guests can choose Negroni Week’s special drinks that is innovative and different with Campari as the base ingredient. The first drink you can choose to celebrate Negroni Week is of course the Classic Negroni, which is a combination of Gin, Campari, and Red Vermouth.
For those of you who prefer whiskey, you can choose these two drinks, namely Boulevardier, which has a combination of whiskey, Campari, Red Vermouth, or Novara Negroni with a combination of whiskey, Campari, peach & almond syrup, and lemon juice. Not only that, for those of you who want to try a drink with a new and more modern taste sensation, then Bitter Sweet Symphony, which is made from Tequila and combined with tea, could be the perfect choice for you.
