Chef Bina brings extensive experience to Bali Sunset Road Convention Center, having previously served as Executive Sous Chef at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan, Borobudur Hotel, and The Dharmawangsa, a Rosewood Hotel. His diverse culinary background and leadership role at these prestigious establishments have highlighted his outstanding skills and creativity.

In his new role, Chef Bina will be responsible for the entire culinary department, driving creativity and innovation. With over 18 years of experience within The Ritz-Carlton group, he has consistently demonstrated his culinary prowess and creative thinking, earning numerous accolades and recognition throughout his career.
