InterContinental Bandung Dago Pakar is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Christoph Pouls as its new General Manager, effective immediately.
With more than 25 years of international hospitality experience across Europe and Asia, Mr. Pouls brings a wealth of operational expertise, commercial acumen, and people-focused leadership to the role. He has been part of IHG Hotels & Resorts since 2014, holding senior leadership positions with the InterContinental brand in Changsha, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, and most recently Bali.
Mr. Christoph’ career is underpinned by a strong foundation in culinary and Food & Beverage, which has shaped his holistic understanding of hotel operations and guest experience. Over the years, he has developed into a commercially driven hotel leader, widely recognised for operational excellence, strategic repositioning, and successful business turnarounds, as well as his ability to build high-performing teams and deliver meaningful guest journeys.
As General Manager of InterContinental Bandung Dago Pakar, Mr. Christoph will focus on strengthening the hotel’s market position, driving sustainable performance, and continuing to elevate guest experiences in line with the InterContinental brand promise.
