Tian Jing Lou, the signature Chinese restaurant at InterContinental Bandung Dago Pakar, has unveiled its new menu, introducing a wider selection of authentic Chinese dishes with a modern touch.

 

Presented during an exclusive media gathering overlooking the Bandung skyline, the new menu features a variety of appetizers, soups, signature dishes, roasted duck, main courses, desserts, and freshly introduced dim sum, offering an elevated dining experience for Chinese cuisine lovers.

 

 

Guests can begin their meal with refreshing and flavorful appetizers such as Smashed Cucumber with Garlic & Sesame, Crispy Baby Squid with Honey Glaze, Century Egg & Chilled Tofu, and Spicy Jellyfish with Sesame Seeds and Coriander. The soup selection includes a comforting Hot & Sour Soup, while signature specialties feature Yong Tau Fu Mala Tang Broth, Yong Tau Fu Salted Egg Yolk Dry Wok, and the restaurant's newly introduced Roasted Duck.

 

 

For the main course, diners can choose from dishes including Fried Rice with Crab Meat, Egg White & Conpoy, Fried Hor Fun with Beef & Black Bean, Sautéed Beef Cubes with Black Pepper, Honey & Curry Leaf Fried Chicken, Prawns with Salted Egg Yolk, Sweet & Sour Fish, Two Varieties of Kailan with Garlic & Chili, and Sautéed Spinach with Minced Garlic.

 

 

To finish the meal, Tian Jing Lou offers desserts such as Mango Pudding with Sago Pearls and Onde Onde, while dim sum enthusiasts can enjoy new selections including Siomay, Hakau, Pandan Bao, Tofu Skin Spring Rolls, Wonton Spring Rolls, Shrimp Cheong Fun, and Chicken Cheong Fun.
