Chef Hing's illustrious career is highlighted by his success as Chef de Cuisine at 'Le Chinois' restaurant - Jeju Shinhwa World Hotels and Resorts. Not only was he a key leader, but he also garnered prestigious nominations, including Asia's Top 80 Restaurants and Hotels and the World Top Gourmet Award 2018. His expertise in crafting authentic Chinese cuisine has been honed in several renowned restaurants, including the Michelin-starred Imperial Treasure Group in Singapore.
As the Executive Chinese Chef at The Trans Luxury Hotel, Chef Hing will be responsible for delivering unforgettable Chinese culinary experiences across the hotel’s various F&B outlets. His magic touch will also enhance a variety of social events, from dream weddings and business meetings to personal celebrations like birthdays and other private functions.
