Hotel Aryaduta Bandung has once again achieved a prestigious five-star rating, marking its eighth year of excellence since the hotel rebranded and now boasts 254 rooms.
The certification process, which began in March 2024, was conducted by PT. Sucofindo, a well-known inspection, testing, and certification agency for the hospitality industry. Sucofindo is now part of the state-owned enterprise ID Survey. The five-star certification was officially awarded to the hotel management on June 11, 2024, at Aryaduta Bandung.
Since its rebranding in 2016, Aryaduta Bandung has remained steadfast in maintaining the highest quality standards across various aspects, including service, room cleanliness, and culinary excellence.
"In the midst of the rapidly evolving tourism and hospitality industry, we are proud to uphold our five-star rating as a testament to our consistency in meeting every aspect of our guest's expectations," said Noviani Agusni, Director of Sales & Marketing at Aryaduta Bandung.
In addition to maintaining its existing quality standards, Aryaduta Bandung has also upgraded its facilities in 2024. The hotel now features IP Smart TVs and Phones in every room, ensuring it remains competitive in the modern hotel market.
"This year, Aryaduta Bandung will undergo numerous facility upgrades, starting with the installation of IP Smart TVs and telephones in our rooms. We believe these enhancements will provide added value for our guests. Furthermore, we are preparing to reopen one of our outlets.
