In celebration of International Women’s Day, Holiday Inn Bandung Pasteur successfully hosted Empowered & Healthy: Women’s Wellness Talk & Giving Day on Monday, March 10, 2025. The event, held in collaboration with renowned brands such as Ultimacare Wellness Clinic, Softex, Marvee Clinic, Brew Me Tea, Sumber Rasa by CV. Solusi Restoran, Perfect Water, Aromelle by PT. Budi Jaya, Lagie Chocolate, and Biotek Farmasi Indonesia, brought together inspiring speakers to raise awareness of women’s physical and mental health while creating a positive impact for attendees.
The event featured insightful discussions, including "Managing Emotions and Mental Health Through Life’s Phases" by Dr. Anneke Endawati, Sp.KJ, which provided participants with valuable strategies for maintaining emotional well-being. Another highlight was "Stay Radiant: The Secret to Health and Beauty" by Dr. Grady Garfendo, Sp.DVE, where attendees learned practical tips for self-care and confidence.
Adding to the inspiration, Ibu Murti Kartikasari, General Manager of Holiday Inn and Suites Jakarta Gajah Mada and a successful working mother in the hospitality industry, shared her journey of balancing career and family. Her story, along with her achievements, including the SEAK Impact Awards 2022 and 2023, motivated many women to pursue their aspirations while maintaining work-life balance.
