As the highly anticipated moments of Christmas and New Year 2025 approach, Hilton Bandung begins the festive season with a Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony on Wednesday, December 4, 2024. This marks the start of the celebration, featuring themes of Winter Wonderland for Christmas and Great Gatsby for New Year’s Eve.
The highlight of the festive menu is the Roasted Turkey, prepared with meticulous care. "Before roasting, the turkey is marinated for 24 hours in a blend of apple juice, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and a variety of spices," shared Hilton Bandung’s Executive Chef, Andry Stefanus. The marinated turkey is then coated with a mix of spices and roasted for an hour, delivering an exquisite flavor. Other much-awaited dishes include Roasted Beef Tomahawk and Tasmanian Salmon Encroute, offering a feast to delight the palate.
Beyond culinary delights, Hilton Bandung offers a range of activities for children and families during the school holiday season. These include a Bandros city tour, a Junior Chef experience, clay crafting workshops, the Magical CarnaFun on the 6th floor, and access to the Fresco Pool Bar, a perfect spot for vacationers. “For our in-house guests, we provide a special complimentary Bandros ride to explore Bandung’s beauty, from Braga to Gedung Sate, and, of course, the Fresco Pool Bar, open throughout the month,” said Febryan Pratama, Commercial Director of Hilton Bandung.
