Customer Appreciation by IHG Hotels & Resort Cluster Bandung During Global Customer Appreciation Week 2024

As part of an annual celebration, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, or IHG Hotels & Resort, held its Global Customer Appreciation Week (GCAW) in October, an initiative to show appreciation to customers and partners for their trust, support, and loyalty. This program ran from October 28 to 31, 2024, across all 17 IHG brands in 6,000 cities across more than 100 countries. IHG Hotels & Resort recognizes that this growing partnership goes beyond just providing accommodation in hotels and resorts — it’s about creating memorable experiences for customers and their guests. This year's GCAW theme, "On The Move," highlights what sets IHG Hotels & Resort apart and reaffirms its commitment to driving customer success.

For this year’s main event, IHG Hotels & Resort Cluster Bandung — comprising InterContinental Bandung Dago Pakar, Hotel Indigo Bandung Dago Pakar, Crowne Plaza Bandung, and Holiday Inn Bandung Pasteur — celebrated GCAW with several Bandung media outlets that have continually supported IHG Hotels & Resort's growth. The event took place at Crowne Plaza Bandung, starting with an opening speech by a representative from IHG Hotels & Resort Cluster Bandung, Ms. Hetty Sumantri as Director of Sales & Marketing Following the opening, all attendees enjoyed a special spread featuring traditional "Authentic Taste of Padang Cuisine." Held at the Mountain View Poolside Bar, the event was further enlivened by games and quizzes involving the guests, concluding with a group photo session.

The Global Customer Appreciation Week program was held in hopes of fostering a stronger bond between partners and the hotel management team, who are an integral part of IHG Hotels & Resort.
