A Malaysian native, Chef Patrick has honed his craft at some of the worl’d most prestigious restaurants across Malaysia, Thailand, China, and Indonesia. His extensive international experience has allowed him to seamlessly marry the bold, robust flavors of traditional Cantonese dishes, with the innovative flair of Hong Kong fusion cuisine, which incorporates contemporary Western influences.
At Hilton Bandung, guests can look forward to his creative approach, where familiar Cantonese favorites are elevated with fresh, local twists to create dishes that are both comforting and inventive. A standout among Chef Patrick’s signature creations is his Hong Kong-style Peking Duck. The dish showcases his meticulous preparation techniques, resulting in crispy, golden brown skin and tender, flavorful meat.
