This event presents a holistic approach to wellness, in collaboration with POSED, a modern wellness studio in Bandung located in Cihapit, as well as Gaya Spa Wellness, Pullman’s trusted spa partner known for authentic treatments based on Indonesian traditions.
Taking place on Saturday, 13 June 2026, The Wellness Ceremony invites guests to embrace a refreshing start to the day within one of Pullman Bandung International Convention Centre’s spacious meeting rooms, thoughtfully transformed into a serene wellness sanctuary. The experience begins with a Mat Pilates session led by a professional instructor from POSED, offering participants an opportunity to pause, recharge, and reconnect with themselves. Following the session, guests will be invited to indulge in a healthy zero-waste dining experience curated by Pullman Bandung Grand Central, featuring premium selections, including Salmone Affumicato with sourdough, Avocado Parfait with Manuka honey, gluten-free Caesar Wraps, homemade probiotic yoghurt, and organic Apple Strudel. Each dish has been carefully crafted using thoughtfully selected ingredients to promote balance, support overall well-being, and help strengthen the immune system, delivering both exceptional nutrition and flavour.
To complement the menu, a wide selection of refreshing beverages will be available, ranging from made-to-order healthy juices such as the Green Energy Booster and the signature Protein Mocha Blend at the Smoothies Bar, to the exclusive Eco-Bottle Infused Water, thoughtfully crafted for guests to enjoy as a convenient grab-and-go refreshment. In addition, while enjoying the dining experience, guests may also indulge in complimentary express wellness massage services inspired by spa-style relaxation techniques, including soothing hand and foot treatments designed to relieve tension and enhance overall comfort and rejuvenation.
