This addition strengthens The Gaia Hotel’s commitment to its Active/Rest promise, providing guests with a holistic stay experience where it is not only relaxing, but also restorative and regenerative.
Via Gaia Pilates with Firmpoint Studio is fully outfitted with professional-grade equipment, including Reformers (the studio’s primary focus with the highest number of units), Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector and Ladder Barrel—providing a complete, studio-quality Pilates experience within the serene environment of The Gaia Hotel. Guests can expect expert guidance and personalized attention by Firmpoint’s certified instructors on core strength building, alignment, controlled and precise movement.
This latest addition complements The Gaia Hotel Bandung’s existing wellness offerings—Sepik Massage Therapy & Spa and a fully equipped Gym—creating a well-rounded ecosystem that embodies its signature Active/Rest philosophy.
Classes are available from Monday to Saturday, at 07.00–08.00, 16.00–17.00, and 19.00–20.00. On Sundays, enjoy additional sessions at 10.00–11.00 and 16.00–17.00, along with the regular morning and evening slots.
A private session is available at IDR600,000 per person or a Private Group Session at IDR1,400,000. For group classes, you can opt for a Membership Class Pass at a standard price of IDR 1,500,000, or take advantage of our promotional price of IDR 1,100,000.
