Paired with Farhan, the Resident Bartender of InterContinental Bandung Dago Pakar, the duo will serve a curated lineup of cocktails crafted exclusively for this event. Each creation is more than just a drink—it is a story, blending modern techniques, premium ingredients, and artistic presentation into an unforgettable experience.
With a storytelling approach to every cocktail, guests will be invited on a journey through unique and personal flavors—from bold smoky and earthy notes to light, floral aromas that gently linger on the senses. Presented through dynamic flair bartending, this evening is not only about enjoying a drink—it is a performance of taste.
The Bar Take-Over will take place on Friday, May 16, 2025, from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM (WIB), at Damai Restaurant, InterContinental Bandung Dago Pakar. Set against the backdrop of live music that brings a warm yet classy ambiance, guests will be indulged not only with crafted cocktails but also with the stunning city lights view of Bandung, visible directly from Damai Restaurant, located at the highest point of the hotel. Every detail has been meticulously curated to create an elegant and memorable experience. In his welcoming remarks, Pascal Caubo, General Manager of InterContinental Bandung Dago Pakar, stated:
